Debut Space DJ Set

Hi all,

Following on from my win (thank you again Spotlight & Space) in the recent DJ comp on here, I wanted to get some opinions from people to potential tunes in my playlist.

I wouldn't have gotten this opportunity if it wasn't for this forum, so thought that it would be a good idea to get some input from members of the forum.

So my set is 45 mins long, I have already narrowed my tune selection down but I maybe missing a trick or two.

Question is: What tunes do you think would rock the Terrazza?

I may even pick your selection to be played on the night :)

Thanks

Not sure in the spirit of the comp it would be wise for me to advise though, after all you managed to win it on your own ;) I think you'll be OK, hope we get to hear the set after you've played!

Congratulations... hope you have a blast.

But is it really necessary to ask for tune suggestions?!

Cheers mate, fair point, just thought I'd through it out there though.

Hopefully they'll be a recording of sorts somewhere.

i wouldnt plan it too far in advance , if you get hung up about every bit of a 45min set its gona be hard to enjoy it. plus i'd put a couple of tracks in that have only just been released a day or 2 before you go (or advance promo's if you have em).

Very true, good point well made, thank you.. I usually don't necessarily get hung up on set lists at all so not sure why I'm so bothered about it now, maybe nerves, who knows.

Suppose it is the most important gig I've played. Thanks for the advice though!
