I wrote up a summary of our NYE in one thread, but a glitch meant it didn't get saved and I said screw it. Might try again at some point.

Next time you're in Schipol airport for "a few hours" just go into the city! It's 15 minutes by train (just €3.80 per ticket!) and there's a train every 15 minutes so you can always make it in half an hour each way. Beats sitting around the airport.

I'm not sure what to do as my sister said she'd pay for all of flights - after all it was her fault!! She did pay for the whole trip though and it makes me look really bad if I don't offer to pay my half - trouble is i'm skint!
