DC10

Hello People, first Post on here though I do read alot of comments on here.

Need some info on DC10. I am out in the white isle on 26th June and with it being my 4th time I would like to visit DC10. Saw that on the party calander Timo Maas opening party was on while I was out there so was well excited.

However just got an email from Timo and he said his opening party is not till August 4th.

This is bad news as I really want to go to DC10 and not sure if I can hack Space on Sunday then Monday morning DC10, but will give it a go. Can anyone tell me what tiem DC10 opens and closes on the Monday?

Think it opens about 8 and shuts about 10pm?

I tend to go home after the terrace shuts at space...chill etc, then arrive at DC10 about 2/3pm on monday ready for another full on party 8O
 
What are the differences between Bora Bora and DC10, besides that DC10 is only open on Monday? In my mind's eye, Bora Bora is more of a beach party and DC10 is more of a club. Is this even remotely correct? Still trying to figure out which one to go to when I step off the plane on Monday. Lates
 
I have the same 'dilema' as u, but i already know how to solve it, here:
Go in the early afternoon (about 15:00 or earlier) to DC 10 and stay there until it closes (about 21:00). Then after that go to Bora Bora and stay there until it closes (about midnight). And then the night is just starting and u must attend any of the superclubs (Cocoon @ Amnesia recommended). That's at least what i am about to do. Cheers.
 
thats about right bora bora is a beach bar which usually turns into a beach party. Dc10 is a plane .. nope sorry its a club ( getting confused with a an earlier post ) both are open during the day. Id say that Dc10 is like the mother of after parties. Bora Bora is a bit less messy with a few stragglers but a lot of people who have just joined the party straight off the beach Bora Bora get going at about 4 but its a good place to have lunch or a few drinks and sunbath e.t.c

If you really want to enjoy DC10 it's best to try and get a bit of kip between Space and DC10, I've gone all the way thru on a number of occasions and been a true DC10 casualty 8O :lol:

Now I am older and wiser :lol: I get a few hours sleep between the two and head to DC10 for midday. You won't miss out on much as DC10 is less of a Space carry on now as it was when it first opened and people tend to go there in its own right.
 
Ok thanks for the info all. You are a huge help!!! I would never have guessed that I would ever be putting this much effort into planning my partying :lol: . But in this case, I think it will be worth it. Lates
 
You defo want to plan the parties. It's not like back home where one gets trashed, clubs, then passes out at home. You can certainly do this but the nice thing about home is you know said club will be there next week--in Ibiza you won't! Take Ibiza Girlie's advice, get some sleep in between and whatever you do, don't get really drunk before you go. You will 1) not remember DC10 and 2) never make it the whole way. My suggestion is to go into it sober/semi sober then start getting your buzz on a couple hours into it. I got really drunk (kinda by accident) before DC-10 and became a so-called casualty :twisted:
