I feel like I'm getting old! (I'm not btw) Like a little nap here an there and this year considering an hour power nap and food in-between DC10 and Cocoon
for me, food and showers (and change of clothes) in between sessions really do the trick. maybe not so much for the dc10-cocoon combo where I often go straight to amnesia, but if there's an afterhours, then I definitely need the triple (shower, brekkie, clothes) before continuing
