if you want a sensible discussion with fellow residents, go down your local. you are ranting at tourists and holidaymakers and you need to grow up.

as expected, the disco association of the balearics has announced through an official note on today's diario de ibiza and ultima hora (probably el mundo too) that they dont support the march because dc10 doesnt have the right licences and, even if they have been denounced several times by them and fined by the authorities, it has continued working clandestinely as a club :!::!:

according to the local tv (tef), the pro-dc10 march of this afternoon only attracted around 200 people..... keeping in mind we are at the beginning of august thats a complete disaster :!:

(specially if we compare it for example with the thousands and thousands and thousands of ibicencos that marched, in winter, against the motorways)

absolutely pointless as expected. theres no turning back..... in 2011, when we will have elections again, nobody will remember what an after hours was ! !

only 200 people? oh dear.....

Afters Protest
Madrid's representative on the island, Sofia Hernanz, revealed on Tuesday her department had opened an investigation into the after-hours protest which took place through the streets of the capital on 4th August. Around 150 people joined in the march, which led to severe traffic delays during the afternoon.
Hernanz said permission was needed to organise such a protest, and because none had been obtained, they were looking into the possibility of charging the people responsible for the gathering, who, she claimed, had been identified by officers.

i'm afraid to say this, but if you're there at 4:30pm, you're unfortunately almost the only one. really a pity. nowadays, people only start to come from about 6pm. the terrace gets really going from about 7pm only :( bring back dc10 mid-afternoon!!!

Remember the time when we were a hundred dancing under the sun with no roof??? after the beach ... A time what a time,and space was almost the same ... and now what is space...???
 
Well if by any crazy chance its open on the 15th I'll be there at 4.30 on the dot , if not before to have a drink in the carpark as always.
