DC10 closing

coming over just for this, anyone else planning to go.....?

also wondering when the full line up will be announced??

I know Steve Bug is playing, any other biggies apart from the residents?

also, never been to DC10 closing, is it much busier than normal?? what time would people advise getting there for etc??
 
okaaaaaaaaaaaaay, so what time would you recommend on getting there so you don't have to queue??

I hope it's not so busy that you can't enjoy it...thats just silly.

I'll be there... should be interesting. :twisted: Closing of Space, closing of DC10 :twisted: 8O and then... :cry: time to go home.
 
At closing I get there about 2. And seeing as I'm stuck with the 1am flight home this time I'm going about 1 I think. They usually open the car park about 4-5ish I think and then that terrace closes about 1am.

I think the best hours (depending on what you like though) are 4-10pm in the terrace/car park, but depends what you're into. I usually don't really leave that place for any of the other parts either.

It'll be the usual lot though, Luciano, Cirillo, Tania, Locodice, Jose, Dan, etc etc.

I hope Troy Pierce plays as well, he was amazing in July.

cheers for that...yeah think i'll head down for midday-ish.

I couldn't agree more that about the 4-10 being the best bit, love the music atmosphere etc later on it all gets a bit busy, dark and chaotic....

was there in June and thought Ryan Elliott was f***ing amazing....would love to see him again....also thought the music inside was outstanding from about 8pm onwards with Jose de divinia especially ....defo the best it's been for a few years.

@ Sheeva.. Your'e missing the best, closing @ Space, closing @ DC10 and then... The afterparty @ Blue Marlin tuesday.. THAT is the real after-after -after party. Once you've been there, you're allowed to go home :)

So Blue-marlin on the Tuesday, is that connected with any other nights? I.e will there be DC10 type DJ's there? Not flying until the Wednesday and could be very intrested in a decent party on the tuesday....

I read on another forum about a fight which resulted in one Brit dying the next day of his injuries. Awaiting a source, unless that is, we aren't allowed to talk about it.
 
So what's a safe time to get there without having to queue too much, around 1???

Also, am I right in thinking there are no advance tickets for DC10 closing?

There are no advance tickets for DC10, never have been. That's the charm about DC10 I think. For all you Blue Marlin goers, it's midday and if it's the same as last year it's a ****in' must have been there bizarre party. Non-commercial and all about going LOCO!!!
