Unfortunately the announcement was a tad late for me, and many others apparently.
For this kind of multiday event overseas it's too short notice. I might had rescheduled things if in the know. Too bad, maybe next year.

This fits nicely into my second week. Especially Thursday looks pleasant..
check Apiento and Ben Terry. I know them from London. Great DJs who really mix it up. Also, Tornado Wallace (or Lewie Day to his mum) is a brilliant Australian producer (see all his ESP Institute releases) and first class DJ who should be far, far better known. Totally on my level. Obv Willie Graff too, local legend. Kalabrese is someone I really rate but never heard out. The Padilla tribute is a nice touch too. Well worth your time

Thanks for the tip! About half of the week's line up are familiar names, but I enjoy hearing and discovering new deejays and sounds.

Judging from above, Sa Trinxa is an option (which days are best?)
BoraBora might be as well?
What else do we have. Is Sands still around?
all the southern bit of the pdb beach clubs. nassau, tanit, beachouse, coco beach. you may have read it's currently not as loud when it comes to the tunes apparently. (haven't been there for a while myself sorry)

We’re saying goodbye to what has been our (and your) home for the last years, but we look to the future with optimism, feeling excited for everything that is still to come.
Here at Concept Hotel Group we decided to give Santos a fresh new update, to rise to the level of our latest hotels. We needed a small break to apply the changes that we deem necessary and ascend the brand to the level we have in mind.

Any idea what will happen to Santos in PDB? I really liked the pool area for chilling during the day when in PDB, especially since Bora Bora changed.

Phil's playing The Standard on Friday. A real musical treat always.
I went to the one in King's Cross in October. Not cheap but impressive decor and staff weren't too pushy.

The Standard in Ibiza is becoming a fantastic venue for the winter season. Loads of excellent local DJs playing - most of the Pikes residents.

yep all about the bar scene nowadays. Word of Mouth too in the warmer months. There's also a place with a good afrofunk vibe in Figueretas as well someone was telling me about. I guess the challenge for the music bars is how to carve out a unique identity as opposed to just another rooftop/posh bar. That's why I really like Malanga, down to earth vibe. I will check out The Standard next time cos obv they do have very good music there.
