I am Day 30 without cigarettes - which for me fag Ash Lil herself is unbelievable
I wore patches for first couple of weeks but now I don't really bother with patches unless I'm going out drinking/clubbing. I've had some complete carnage nights out as well and not really been tempted. Obviously I get the odd craving now and again but even been around smokers isn't that bad.

I've never gone this long ever either - I'm managed a few days then as soon as it's got to a wkend then I've ripped my patches off and chain smoked
I really feel I've got the right mentality to it this time tho which I think counts for a lot.
I feel dead proud of us non-smokers

it is all about the mentality - usually when I've tried before I've gone mental with hating every second of trying to give up whilst this time rather than feeling I've given up something I just feel free 8)
can't wait until I'm at some function where I can't smoke all day and it just won't matter because I'm a non-smoker

No I never want to get like that, other people have been round and smoked and Tom puffs away on his joints every night and I think it's better to get used to being in situations like that rather than disowning all the smokers I know which might be a tad drastic

I'll be getting chased round the garden by Lottie whilst all you lot are in the warmth
It will be good for me too then, half of all the ciggies I smoke are because you offer them to me
