She might be... 2nd year in a row she's been scheduled to perform in Moscow and then bailed out a month beforehand.

Interesting... did she know when scheduling the shows that there are almost no black people here?

We saw her in Jamaica - she was recording at the Tuff Gong studios and I have never seen Phil so speechless or mesmerised by a woman in my life (clearly not including myself here) he was like
