cubase / midi problem. Midi keyboard out of sync

I hope someone can help here... this is veryyyy frustrating!

I recently got an m-audio soundcard and midi leads etc.

When I try to use a keyboard in cubase there's always a delay between when I hit the keys and when I hear the sound. How can I get rid of this delay?

devices, then device setup, then click on your sound card and it will give you some options

Its your latency you need to shorten

I looked it up on google for a while - it was the latency! Had to reduce the buffer size in the ASIO setup.

All sorted now.. at last
