usually means with computers etc to make the music as he goes along using loops and the like.

Live sets can be hit or miss, sometimes they're amazing (Marc Houle at the minus night at SEone recently was AMAZING), sometimes dull as ****.

Generally they're an hour long set as I think it's difficult to keep it up for much longer...

anyway, that's my best guess, speak to someone that uses ableton and the like for a more detailed view...

Seems to mainly mean playing using Ableton where u can mix/sequence / loop / arrange bits from any audio source all "Live" ,essentially playing off a laptop . Altho he may have something different planned this is what I've observed "Live" to mean

Ah - that's what it means! Well in that case i'm even more excited. Since Buttrich's spent the last 10 years producing for the likes of Locodice and... um... the Sugababes, I reckon this could be amazing...

yep cos he'll have access to to a huge load of his own samples, meaning he can be EVIL with his big tracks looping them in and out until you go insane 8)8)8)8) VERY excited!

OMG i'm so excited!!!!!

i'm probably going to the toilet too, since its the last one till october, then they go back to their winter opening times.

Just had a look at the line-up properly and i'm glad this year they have at least tried to cater for other styles than minimal, last year was a minimal overload (other than Sasha) in my opinion

Good to see Type represented. Would've been keen to see Seb and Green Velvet in that room.

Isnt it odd that Tiefswcharz is in the Azuli area though..? If he palys anything like he did at wls opening not sure the azuli crowd will like it

I think it's got more to do with the way music is going than the ingenuity of the promoter.

Thank the lord that minimal fad is semi-over because it means that the real people pioeering the genre can concentrate on putting out good stuff and get rid of the name immediately!

I know - Tief & Azuli?!?!? I'm looking forward to the Azuli area tbh - need to nurture my house dolly tendencies.

redlight are doing something at the egg - should be pretty good.

I'm going to the toilet 8)

Am going to Redlight tommorow night I think. Didnt know they were doing it at the Egg as well. Though will miss that as I dont like the Egg in general and can imagine horrendous post TDK ques anyway.

Am going to the toilet on Sat morn after Redlight I think. Its the one good thing about this miserable summer because otherwise its a complete sweatbox!

azuli seem to have completely changed their music policy it seems - they have slam etc playing for them at space now.
