did anyone else go to the cream opening party on july 5th?? if ya did .. what did you think of it??
it was only the 2nd night of the holiday for me and seemed to outshine the other nights before they had started..
best night of my life apart from when i bought a round of drinks for 3 and it cost me over 50 euros!.. Eddie Halliwell and Ferry Corsten both played good sets and songs that just pleased everyone!!
... Judgement Sunday anyone??
well, Judgement Sunday in Eden with Judge Jules & Embrace in the back room, such good fun, Julesy just blowing everyone away just as people started to get tired with the faithless classic, Insomnia..never sounded so good! brought up all the hairs on the back of my neck..

back home in Wales.. i'm too embarrased to call it home after being to Ibiza :(

I was at the cream opening party!! i had been sulking about amnesia being shut for most of the holiday and was wondering whether it would be on, was overjoyed to hear it was!
Eddie halliwell was awsome yes but the highlights of the night for me were Guiseppe Ottaviani, and looking back now Above and Beyond, there set was absolutly unbelievable, does you or anyone know if they played good for me,??????????????i missed the first hour!!!
Definatly the best night of the hols. The tunes were just constantly amazing, id be hear all day reeling off the ones i recognised.
.........Was also at J.S on said night, Jules was good but John ocallaghan tore it up for me,ill bet barry connell was awsome aswell but was just to tired to stay till 7.!

what time slot did above&beyond have? they're at cream when i go (sept11) and may go for that. not really a fan of ferry corsten though, so was wondering it'd be worth it to go.

above&beyond - they're at cream when i go (sept11)

remember, that´s sept 13th (11th is armada).

hard to say - time slots depends on who´s the "bigger name".
actually i´d say that sheridan opens the night, then a&v, then corsten, then halliwell (exceptional sets last year at amnesia!)

so that might translate into
00:00-02:00 sheridan
02:00-03:00 a&b
03:00-05:00 corsten
05:00-07:00 halliwell

all depends on closing times, of course, so it might be 1:30 sets instead of the 2h sets

we´ll be at that Cream too, of course.

whoops! sorry i meant i'll be arriving on the 11th. guess it woulda made more sense to put the 13th, haha. that will be my last night there. so cream will be worth going to over anything else that night? only thing is i'll be there w/3 other people that haven't been to ibiza before...definitely going to armada on tuesday night so i'm not sure if i want to bring them to amnesia twice.

Shockingly above and beyond were on first, then Ferry Corsten then Ottaviani then Halliwell, on opening night.
Wen i was at cream on easter sunday in lpool Adam Sheridan Closed the club after.....Paul van dyke, shocking again,
i no ibiza is different but wouldnt surprise me if the same happened there...
if theres one thing i learnt wen i was away this year its not to guess set time, i was wrong all the time.
So it Could look like this
-a&b
-corsten
-sheridan
-Halliwell

Cream=Proper Trance!

I'll be making my yearly trek to Ibiza in September for Closing Parties- Cream is my Mecca! Coming from Vancouver, Canada, I can say that it's worth the $$ & effort to be there for the closing parties, especially Judgement Sundays & Cream-I've seen all the Cream /J.S. DJ's tour across North America, but Nothing compares to seeing them in the best clubs on the island, hands down! See ya'll in Sept.!:p

We were at the impromptu Cream opening on the 5th aswell. What a night!
Spent most of it on the Terrace with Kissy Sell Out, Chris Lake and D.Ramirez and managed to catch a bit of Eddie's set. What a belter!
We also took in;

We Love Sundays @ Space - 1st July

First time at Space and it was a belter. Arrived at about 2pm and the party was well underway. Didnt recognise the Dj spinning the tunes at first arrival but the place was bouncing, warming up for a Mr Tom Novy who was class. His I Wish U Would remix and Rene Amesz version of 'By The Way' were the tunes that I instantly remember :)

Judgement Sunday @ Eden - Sunday 1st

Left Space early to catch Micky Slims set in the funky room at Eden and it was Bouncin! If you see some daft Scottish Guys jumping about like mad on his video for Jump! (Which was being filmed there) then that'l be us! Great Night Had by All!8)
