Cream Closing Party

Just found out ill be in ibiza for the cream closing party and im well excited. anyone been to a cream closing party? are they any better than a regular night??

cant wait to hear the lineup. ive heard cream are having a press release this week sometime so hopefully ill know this week

Exactly the same as any other Cream night cept they'll cram even more people in :roll:
 
ever so crammed but it went on until 9am, and by that time it was rather empty, i still loved it so much, and would go again, but only if paul van dyk was on!
 
been to Cream's closing party last year.
YES it was totally rammed, YES the party was great and YES PVD owned :D

See you in this year's Cream closing party @ Amnesia 8)
 
I think i'm going to give Cream a miss this year, it was the worst night I was at last year.
Trance isn't really my bag anymore, so it depends who's on the Terrace.

Trance isn't really my bag, either but I still gave it a go. It was far too rammed and that was beginning of July!!!!! Had to force my way to the ice cannon to cool down.

They pack it so much theres just no way of enjoying it. Shame really, cos although I'm not a trance fan it could prob be a wicked night.

Think I'll be swapping Cream for Cocoon this year. Hope they don't pack em in as much there!! :roll:

Cocoon's a good choice.
All the good parts of Amnesia, without the British beer boys and lack of space. My favourite night on the island, alongside We Love.
 
Cheers mate. I'm hoping the terrace will cater for the missus. She's worried as she doesn't like it too hard (the music ;) ).

She likes fabric of a Saturday night tho so she should be alright??? :?
 
Dont want to put a downer on it for you mate but we was in ibiza last year when the cream closing was on.
We didn't go but got talking to some folkes that did and they say it was like a cattle market and was'nt any room to dance untill about 7am. :oops:
 
i went to the closing last year......there was no space but the atmosphere, sound, and music was still outstanding!!

maybe no one was dancing but they were all standing watching tiesto etc bouncing about like they were loving it

it was the best night of my holiday :D

give it a go mate!!! its not a thing to miss.

i'm more into house these days but if i went to ibiza this year id definitely be in the cream closing party!

Hence the reason why I never go to Cream these days, clubs are for dancing goddamnit, not for being crushed unable to move from the spot you tried to claim as your own 6 hours previously as you watch a DJ :roll: :lol:
 
my music choice is broadening but ill never give up on trance!! i remember my first time in Amnesia was 99 the year of trance and Pete Tong was playing trance in there for cream. There is no way i will miss it, there was no room to dance last time but i still had a really good night.
 
Didn't get to cream closing last year but the main room was unbearable on the two occasions i made it which was last week of may and last week of august - think i might give it a miss this year

jamiedunn my friend, i donno where exactly have u been that night but i was at the same party (Cream's closing, doh) and on the same dancefloor u were, and people DID dance like crazy as if there was no tomorow (the infamous 'hands in the air' trance vibe). I even have a few pics i shot on that night to prove it. u can find those pics here:

Boycotting cream this year because of the amount of people they packed in last year. Going to go to Armada on Tues cos hopefully wont be so rammed.
