Went to hospital yesterday for a routine check-up, all distancing and sanitasion of course, but the ruddy nurse (of all people) testing me had her mask covering her mouth only. I politely enquired, and she said the virus is passed via the mouth and the nose is "insignificant".

To me, that's the opposite of what we've all been told to do? With ratyes rising here, I'm now worries shitless after reallly behaving myself for months that a sodding nurse passes it on to me. Wonder if I could sue?

completely different but we had the h+s officer from the principal contractor on site tell us masks ‘are a waste of time’:lol:. Good examples being set

That's funny. Might as well say people can not bother with masks, so long as keep gob shut ?

I had a look to see if there was any way I could help out with the vaccine rollout here in Bristol, but doesn’t seem to be anything needed just yet. A shame as I’ve got 4 weeks holiday before end of March and feels like it would be a good way to use it

Most appreciated. Will probably need something stronger than beer ?
 
I have had close contact with someone who has been diagnosed with the c.virus, let's see how effetive these masks are hey. 4/5 days after contact is going to be tomorrow or Thursday.
