It only seriously affects really old or unfit people. There are alwasy a few exceptions though. But not enough to be afraid that young people are at risk and not enough to say that these numbers are bollocks.

Off course that won't take away that it's terrible for Craigs mate and his relatives though. So I wish him the best.

Weird dream last night that alot us were in Ibiza for @Ikoda was playing at one of those trance bars in San Antonio and it was cancelled due to new restrictions as mentioned here during the week.. so I ended up doing a talk on Cold Showers out side the bar to a big crowd of people..?

Tha's a nice approach for a change! :) Same goes for all of you from my side. I hope everyone is doing well and off course I hope everyone and their relatives stay healthy. Like I said many times, I'm not a conspiracy theorist or denying Covid. I just have a different view on the measures and that hasn't changed. Anyway, I'm doing allright, thanks. Still balancing on the edge of the rules to stay sane and close to my beliefs...without putting anyone in danger. By example: I will take a few steps sideways when the old lady in my street passes me, but I don't wear facemasks outside or in places where it's not enforced. Another example: I do not participate in illegal raves but I do celebrate my sons birthday with a small group of people.

Whenever I hear about new regulations in the UK, Spain or Germany my thoughts go out to this thread. But I refrained from posting here for a while because I think my beliefs are clear and I was just getting into same old discussions. And while I know there are also some people here that actually do agree with my views...It's not worth it to argue all the time...I hope that in a few months we will be talking about partying again and I'll see you all in Ibiza. If I have hurt anyones feelings in the past months here I apologize...that was never my intention. I do not underestimate the feeling when one of your mates or family is in danger because of this shitty virus. ?

Am I right in thinking that anyone who booked a Canaries holiday, when they lifted the travel restriction to there a week ago, now can't go if their booking is in November? And isn't sure after that?
 
@Buckley I think that's the gist of it. Essential travel only in that period, which I assume will mean we'll see flights being pulled soon if they haven't already

Which given the opposition were already saying a lockdown was needed and it appears the data supported it, why on earth would you do something encouraging people to book?
