Corn and Fat

That's the fun of corn - since there's barely anything in it, you can put whatever you want on it! But if you want to go low fat, corn still tastes great by itself. But you really shouldn't worry about fat so much, unless it's saturated fat - carbohydrates are worse for your system unless you exercise a lot; they turn to fat if you don't burn them off adequately. You shouldn't overdo it on any kind of food, however, and you should exercise more. Then you can eat what you want and not worry. :)
 
Yes, avoid 'saturated' fat.

Poly and mono unsaturated fats are good for you (no more than 30% of your diet though)
