Constant Cold :o(

Grrrrr dammit! I'm never going to have the body of a Goddess :lol:

After running do you shower or do you leave the sweat to go cold on a warm body? (sorry that sounds awful)

Personally I don't think the exercise is causing the problems.

Is anyone else finding it really hard to shake off the cold/flu feeling at the moment? I feel like I've had a cold for about two months! The minute I feel a bit better, I go out and the symptoms return. I don't think it helps that Jon and me are probably passing the germs to and from eachother, and the minute one of us is ok, the other one catches a cold again

My immune system must be low but I don't know why, I eat healthily, lots of fruit and veg, I try and exercise and I haven't been out clubbing much at all lately!

Poor me

Could be sinusitis? I get this every year - head cold symptoms that do not go away until the weather improves. Bane of my life - it freaked me out so much once that I went for a HIV test just to check! Negative, before you ask.

I shower almost straight away...

I have aso had Sinusitis before and it's not as bad as that, it's just like a constant cold. I think I'm probably just a bit run down and keep catching bugs, thats all.
