Can anyone suggest any good FREE anti virus and spyware programs that I can download?

It keeps my computer spyware free even after all the crazy russian sites i go to so i can download house/techno music videos.

Fergie - Get AVG7 free edition from Grisoft.com and also Spybot search and destroy. (google it for the website)
They are by far the best free programs of the many i've tried. I swear by them both
