COMING TO IBIZA

Hi all

So can people suggest places to stay and go for a couple of ibiza virgins!!!

We will be coming from Australia in about June 2006, yes its a long way off, but these things need to be organised well in advance from here.

our base will be the UK (Manchester) as i have relatives over there.

Hope this is not to generic, but got to start somewhere.

The Spotlight website has all kinds of resources that can help you plan your trip. Check out the hotels section, which has reviews as well as online booking.

Also, searching the forums is a great way to find interesting tidbits.

But its a hell of a lot closer than OZ :D
When u live over here a couple of hrs flight is nothing!!

Plus we used to holiday there back when i was a wee tacker, so parents have given me some distance information.
 
Hey DJJON, when you plan going to Ibiza? we are going for our first time in 2006 but dunno when. Ive been doing the research here and everyone here has been the best of help. Im still looking into things but ive kinda gotten a sense of an idea what to do once the 2006 lineup comes out.

Seriously... check the airline or travel agency websites. For example, Iberia flies Manchester-Ibiza for 214 pounds. If you look around, you could probably find something cheaper.

There are LOADS of flights from Manchester to Ibiza- just Google "Flights from Manchester to Ibiza" and you get loads of results! :D

Should be about June. Seems to be a good time to go. The clubs seem to have there opening nights around the beginning of June / end of May!!
 
Ya im waiting for the 2006 lineup then ill make my decision. I may go in the middle just to get the best crowds. Or Closing parties so i can hit alot of them, the opening parties seem to be really spaced out but I got time to plan so we shall see...

hi there, one thing i'd watch out for if i was visiting ibiza for the first time in june 2006, is that theres this little thing on called the 'world cup', and it'll be even busier than normal and alot noisier and the bars/streets will be full on the great good old England footy fans watching the games in all the bars. just a little info for yas

How far in advance does the 2006 line up come out?
I'm not expecting this half of 2005, but would be nice to have an idea by Christmas roughly.

You'll start getting next years line-ups from about Feb/March time next year at the earliest, some line-ups won't be confirmed til May time.
 
ya i heard Feb is where u may start to get idea of '06. Id go this year but ill have a better time next year with friends being able to go, plus i may be switching jobs so '06 is betetr for me. But now that ive decided to go, 2006 seems so far away hahaha
