I'm just washing my Fishfingers down with a pot of Green tea! What a vile combo.

Are you at home then? or perhaps a school dinner lady?

Don't think i've seen fishfingers served up in any daytime eateries.

The Bull, St John St, Clerkenwell....do a mean fish finger butty ;)

Ha ha bar also does a 'Posh fishfinger buttie' but they are homemade and do not have the same skank factor.

Mexican Food!!!!

You said it. Not only comfort food, but late night drunk food. Give me a massive California burrito... carne asada, cheese, and french fries wrapped in a tortilla... followed by severe artery blockage

If California is all about image, all about the toned and tanned bodies like you see on "Baywatch", why is the state best known for it's massive burritos?!! I had the equivalent here in NY at Chipotle back in May - a friend who can eat thousands of calories and not gain an ounce took me every day for a week. I gained six pounds, despite being a gym bunny! 8O

Nothing cures a hangover like greasy Chinese food. Glad my ancestors brought that lil secret to the rest of the world.

Comfort food though, gotta have some soup. Cream soups especially.

I like to eat grilled meat with potatoe chips, fried green peppers. aubergines, and lots of fried tnings and plenty of bred

Its because we're so close to Mexico... its all authentic and DELICIOUS out here, even in the little dumpy places lol. I go to other states and have Mexi food... a lot of it is nauseating. It tastes processed... they just don't know how to use the spices like the real Mexican people do.

As far as me personally being Californian and not gaining an ounce after eating it... well that is laughable my child. I have to work my a$$ off to stay slim as it is, and gotta sweat even harder after a grease food sesh.

mmmm, beer Is there anything that it can't fix?????

A McDonald's Value Meal super sized, Krispy Kreme glazed donuts, and/or grilled chicken burrito from Santana's (right, PG?) talking about it is making me aware of my double chin... ;)

We all know that I love alcohol... any way you give it to me lol. BUT... we are talking "comfort" food/drink.

Beer = feel fat, full and bloated... therefore more depressed than before
Wine = decent for getting loaded and forgetting about probs, but I get too emotional :x
Champagne = now THERES the ticket! :P :P :P "Life is lovely, when you pop open the bubbly..." 8)
