I usually like every sport under the sun, but I still cant get my head round cricket.

One-day cricket is a bit more exciting but test cricket is just too drawn out.
Still want England to beat the aussies though

I just don't understand cricket Tom loves it and has tried to teach me, we used to have lessons when we came in from clubbing and there was some cricket thing that used to be on on a Sunday morning but I only got as far as learning the dances that you do when they get a 4 or a 6

I went once and really enjoyed it. I didn't really watch any of the cricket but I drank a whole bottle of pimms, got suntanned and occasionaly clapped a bit.

I played cricket once with a bunch of UK, Aussia and NZ expats. It was actually pretty fun.

However, watching the game is like watching paint dry. I love how they call a guy slightly bending over and grabbing the ball in the air a "diving catch"

I imagine going to a cricket game is only useful for the same thing as going to a baseball game: getting drunk with your friends in a stadium full of other people getting drunk with their friends.

And chirpster - tennis is inifinitely more interesting
