On the whole they need to. I hadn't been for a few years actually and only went on the Richie Hawtin special night last year after nostrum persuaded me it had to be attended 8) - and it was EXACTLY everything you could want from a techno night - amazing atmosphere, completely up for it crowd everywhere in all areas of the club - upstairs and downstairs - right to the very end well into the daylight hours. Despite arriving ridiculously late , restored my faith that a great night could still occasionally be had at Amnesia. If they could pull that sort of thing out of the bag on a regular basis Cocoon might indeed rise again but I think Richie brought a lot to that night.
That Cocoon night last year was one that'll stay with me forever - almost didn't make it after falling asleep in the car with the radio on, running out of cellphone battery, waking up with car battery dead and having to push with some random Spanish guys as the girl they were did the honours behind the wheel to start the car next to Eden. In my defence, I'd been having it in Ibiza for over 2 days already without a hotel at the time
. Finally arrivied at well gone 4.30am - only to walk into a night that simply blew me away.

yeah main ressies sven and ricardo. dice will play a few times, then luciano as well.
basically, the main room is techy (chris liebing for example will be back, planetary assault systems etc) while the terrace is house.
cassy will also be back, plus a few other really cool guests.

Interesting. The fact that they're suggesting Loco Dice has less Cocoon dates than last year surely adds fuel to the flames of speculation of a weekly Desolat party at Ushuaia. Yes??
