Unbelievably bad I am sorry to report.
There must have been at least a two hour build up for Sven and he eventually appeared at 5.35 am - if one pays 60Euros, i am sorry but it is ridiculous for the headliner to have such a short set and so late on. Lots of people had already left in dusgust at the constant build up to come to nowt.
Even worse Sven set was entirely built around love generation (although to be fair, he did a few good mixes) as Bob Sinclair was in the house. I did not expect this commercialism at Cocoon. I left when Sinclair started to sing at about 7am.
I am quite sad really, as I was looking forward to this night the most. Maybe my hopes very too high as last time I saw Sven was Amnesia closing.
The crowd tried their best to create an atmosphere but it is difficult when the actors dont perform. I dare say many people had a quality night, and dont get me wrong, it was an ok night, but just did not live up to expectations.
