Clubs 22/05 - 29/05 help !

As fate and the constraints of corporate UK would have it I can only go to Ibiza from the 22/05 to the 29/05 this year. Ye I know I miss Space opening party by a day, don’t make me feel any worse than I already do. I need some help, consolation and basically a plan. All I can see from the calendar is El Divino opening party on the 28/05. Obviously too early for any of the Defected lads so I presume it will be opening with residents.

There is unfortunately little or no info on this. Is this a total waste of time? Should I stick to Pacha? (whose website incidentally has to be about as much use as a chocolate fireguard !! All flashed up and no useful info at all .. i.e. who is playing when and what’s on !!)

Open to suggestions all. Very much of the decent choons persuasion and would have to be paid to attend a foam party. Basically what's a guy and his gf to do in Ibiza so early in the season ???
 
I would not worry - I'm going the same basically same dates 23-30 and in that time there is Clockwork Orange opening on 23th and I've heard that 'essential vibes' is opening at es paradis on 27th, so the foam party on 26th can be avoided! I've got the same dilemma about the 28th - pacha or el divino, at the moment I'm thinking el divino as opening party is always meant to be good.
 
Ye guess we will just have to wait an see. Last went over in 2001 and was there for some of the closing parties. Still think about the Cream one @Amnesia !! Also remember chillan to MR Sanchez @ Cafe Del Mar as the sunset ..Talk about going at the complete opposite end of the season though .. lol...
 
Parties and stay - help!

Hey everybody, as it also happened to me, stupid corporate calendars! I have only the last week of May to enjoy my vacation in Europe (I´m coming down from Mexico).

I know that there will not be much of a club scene, so my question is: where do you recommend to stay? My friends and I were thinking of staying in PDB to be near Bora Bora or Ibiza to be around Pacha and El Divinio.

This is going to be our first time in Ibiza, well actually Europe for a couple of us, so we are very excited :D , and we want to make of the situation, the best we can. Hopefully someone can help us out.

PBD is a great choice!
Near Bora Bora and minutes from Pacha & El Divino.
I'm staying at Fiesta Club Playa D'en Bossa. I am there from the 26th to 31st.

Going to El Divino Opening Party on Friday, Pacha on Saturday, Space on Sunday and DC10 on Monday

Been reading your posts on the winter forum with interest ** bows respectfully** Obviuosly have your finger on the pulse and seem to be of a similar music persuasion. What would your recommendation be for the dates I mentioned ?
 
reading between the lines here you don't sound happy about your forthcoming visit. I think you need to chill my luv & take a little breath & think, do you want to repeat the same experience again?
the other end of the rainbow that you are visiting this year may just be where that pot of gold is my sweet.

hello all, well I´m in Madrid already, and let me tell you that the party scene here is innncredible!

MyVenture, thanks for the advice, today I made reservations to stay at PDB at the Jet Apartments. We´ll be there arriving May 27th.

I agree with Princess, this could be the best trip ever!

Anyways, my mates from Mexico and I will be staying at the Jet Apts. if anybody wants to come knock and party. It looks that we all might end up meeting each other and being part of the celebration!

next stop: Barcelona and the World Forum!
 
Hey Chilli, PDB is the right choice my friend.

I'm taking a trip to the very same place next week & what better beach to party on than Bora Bora!

It's not that I am not keen to go Princess, I'm sure the week will be well wicked, its just I cant help wishing I was going a little later. Can't help but look at the line up for some of the nights and drool. Just have to check out the line up for Space’s opening party the day after we leave **feck me ** , haven’t seen Coxy for yonks will be bangin !! Damn this working for a living malarkey ** shakes fist vigorously** !! Every nights a belter in the height of the season the only solution is to ditch the mortgage and job and head for the island permanently ** dreams quietly to himself **

entrance thrown in as well as quality nosh, intend to call on Friday

we 26 - yacht trip with gf's uncle ( we are not flash but her uncle has a
yacht woohoo )

depending on line up, freebies, promo’s and special offers !!

(feel free to point out a not to be missed event !!)

Will obviously be heading to San Antonio for some sunset action at Mambos and Café del Mar . Also open to suggestions re some good dining during the week. . Been reading McCrackin's Jockey club restaurant thread and looking for a recommendation. Like the sound of Port Balanzat (think that spelling is right ) and the Jockey Club itself. Keen to let my taste buds sample some quality local cuisine with a nice backdrop and good choons thrown in if possible.

Suggestions welcome !!

Nice one on the KM-5 suggestion checked out their site ... http://www.km5-lounge.com .. .looks the perfect place for a chilled out afternoon after the night before !! . Though seems a shame I wont be there for Erotica Night .. lol .. :twisted: whatever that's all about.

In all seriousness once I step on that plane all thoughts of Edinburgh's 9-5 and any negativity baggage will be left firmly behind.

I'm a happy (if not slightly hedonistic) wee soul honestly! :D

All I know is that me and Wilkins will be djing there (hed kandi residents). Don't know the full line up as yet. There may be another couple of dj's that night. It should be a good one.
