Clubbing in the UK

Do the clubs still shut at 3/4 in Brighton or have they extended them now due to licensing laws, we used to go down to Brighton quite regularly clubbing but I always felt so cheated when the clubs shut at 3/4

my good lady was down there a couple of weeks back and zap finished at 5 i believe, not to sure on the others.

Sounds tempting......

Not been to shindig at Digital, last time I was there it was at Foundation(?) Oh I think I am due another clubbing visit to Newcaslte

Its always great and the folk are dead nice too.

its not as good as foundation!!!!!!!! its still good tho 8)

I dont generally! I hate Edinburgh nightlife with a passion! Only night i ever really go to is Luvely at the Liquid Rooms!

Never been to Luvely - doesnt appeal ;)

Have to disagree with you though, I think clubbing in Edinburgh is better now that it has been in recent times.

I'll probably get shot down for suggesting this... but what about Birmingham?

If its a good night out clubbing then I'd say its up there with the best of them. Admitted the city is about as aesthetically pleasing as Anne Widdecombe, but in the 5 or so times i've been there, i've always had an amazing night. Circo Loco are doing a night there in early Nov...

Although saying that... the warehouse project in Manchester does look very tasty!

Whenever i go out to a night in Edinburgh, everywhere plays the same music- commercial crap! Maybe I haven't been to some of the places that you have been!, where do you usually go?

Bristol used to have the best underground scene outside of London until the powers-that-be closed a lot of the clubs. Still worth a look if you want something a bit alternative.

Really? I think Digital is far better then Foundation - I know Foundation (or Riverside when I used to first go   ) was a fab warehouse style, dark and dingy but it was well past its sell by date, or maybe its because I used to work there back through the late 80's early 90's and I just had enough of the place

Plus it didnt have a Funktion sound system ;)

Also, the nearest pub to Foundation when it was at its best was the Egypt Cottage, failing that it was a hell of a trek from town if you fancied a drink or 2 first.....
