Yeah thats right with the dreadful carpets to match

Yup, revolving bar/sticky carpets...that'd be the place.
...Along with the v posh (!) Golddiggers in Chippenham. Anybody remember that delightful place back in the day?
(It featured as a top 10 UK night spot in Eternity magazine at the time!...Very hard to believe now!)
