clubbing in singapore!?

hi all

i'm going to singapore for just a few days end of may. it's business, but i'll be there over the weekend.

clubwise, i know there's MOS and zouk, which seem to be both very cool clubs! any experiences? or any other clubs?

I've been to Zouk.. maybe its just the night I went there...b/c it was James Lavelle.. but I felt like I was at a high school dance.. with a bunch of happy teengers. it was busy, but it shut at 4:am... and didn't really have a 'clubbing' atmosphere.. more like dancing in a big bar

i would still go again though.. they usually have a good international DJ every Saturday and its all listed on their website

its cheesy and touristy and not clubbing, but you can always have a singapore sling at the raffles hotel... very overpriced.. but something to do in Singapore!

little India is good for exploring too

i just wondered if anyone has been to the renewed MOS there...they seem to have tasty line-ups there!

Went to Zouk years and years ago and had the same vibe. Jo Mills and Charlie Chester have been promoters at Attica as well, so worth a look in (I haven't been).

The best things about singapore IMO is the amazing food, especially at the hawker stalls - the tastiest asian food you will ever taste and super cheap!
 
thats right.. I forgot about the good, spicy cheap food!!! yum!!
just eat every couple hours and you'll be fine!:)
 
Singapore clubbing

Singapore has some really good clubs with major DJs playing there every week. Depends what music you like but check out MOS, Zouk, Velvet, Attica II, One Fullarton if it's open, Balaclava @ suntec, Forbidden City

Bars - Eski, km8 Siloso beach

Yep Attica is good...

Head dow to Bo Quays ( ithink thats it) i was there last year on my travels, and we were there for the night england got the olympics so blagged our way into the free bar the English dignataries were, hilarious!!!

"3 large vodka red bulls please?, how much do i owe you?"
"Nothing sir, this is a free bar until 5am"
"did i mention the champagne?"
