Club Advice

I'm a first timer on the forums and I was hoping for some club advice for my upcoming trip to Ibiza.

I have been to Ibiza in the past and I enjoy uplifting trance/house (some of my favorites are Armin Van Buuren, Solarstone, etc.). However, this year I am going with my girl and she does not like hard trance. Rather, she prefers pop dance music like R&B, Rap, etc.

I was hoping I could get some advice on where to go for an eclectic mix. I've been to Pacha twice in the past and both times they have played an old-school rap and R&B set that I think we would enjoy (for example: Pure Pacha last year in the back room).

I will be in Ibiza from June 27th-July 1st and I was hoping for some suggestions on where we could go that would satisfy both of our music preferences. Any comments are greatly appreciated.

There are some r n b nights on in Eden and Es paradis on thursdays- check the calendar. if ur girl likes charty dance- she might be into Clubland @ Es Paradis..

But if you want a proper club night you should go to Cream @ Amnesia or Armada not too hard with house rooms as well as trance.

Unfortunately, I won't be in Ibiza until Friday June 27th. So, I won't be able to go to Cream (although I would love to, I went about 4 years ago when Oakenfold, PVD, and Tiesto were there on the same night and it was amazing). Same goes for Clubland .

I have never been to Eden or Es Paradis but I was thinking of this for Friday the 27th:

Pete Tong
Eric Prydz
Rob Marmot
Back Room
Groove Armada
Jo Mills

I like Pete Tong and Prydz but I doubt Prydz plays more commercial stuff like his take on "Call on Me" when he's in Ibiza. Although I'm sure "Pianoo" would be a possibility, etc. Pure Pacha is another option. I went there last year and there was a great oldschool hip hop set in the back room and of course Pete Tong in the main.

I'm thinking maybe a day off on Sat. 28th or maybe Pacha:

Main Room
David Morales
Hector Romero

but those DJ's sound a little too hard/house-esq for my tastes.

This is a big possibility for Sun. 29th:

Last year Amnesia was closed for my entire stay in Ibiza and that was a bummer. I want to go back this year.

For Mon. 30th, which is our last night, I'd like to go to Pacha most likely:

Roger Sanchez
Muzzaik
Back Room
Retro

Although, I'm worried that Release Yourself will have some intense erotic shows (I saw a video on youtube heh). Also, I'm not sure what "Retro" in the back room means .

Any comments on these nights and choices would help me very much.
