Closing Party Quandry

Not liking the comments about Defected so far. I have tickets. Sounds like I may have to reconsider.
 
you never know guys, but from what I hear plans don´t include garnier or väth. but it´s ibiza, what´s planned today might be pretty different tomorrow...

So Monday 2nd is Cocoon locked-in - no chance it'll be anything other than this.

I really wanna do the Cocoon afters on 3rd too (my actual bday) I'm guessing if they change things up this year it'll end up being Cova Santa?? Would make things easier for me if it was the Zoo as the rest of my party want to do that on this date (I'm not fussed).

I also want to do Pacha 1 night of the hol.
I'm both a Maceo and a Solly fanboy, so either is an option. But I don't really wanna do Pacha twice. So...

1st - day we arrive - Defected at Eden or Solomon at Pacha

Guessing both will be banged out now.

3rd - won't want to do Pacha again if we go +1, so... what else?

4th - last night - gotta be big. Similarly to the above, do we really wanna do Amnesia (Hyte) a second time after Cocoon? So what are the options?

Forgive me if this has been asked a heap of times but when might we know the hype surroundings this years Amnesia closing?
 
I was considering defected on the 17th of sept with Ferrer and Carter, attract an older crowd possibly?

Also i really want to get out for Amnesia closing, flights and hotel 13-17th oct £253 for 2 people! Just cant commit as funds are going towards my Ibiza trip next week

Why ?

You must like Defecteds vibe or you wouldn't have bought the tickets. It's a little Instrgram and Snapchat but matched with Edens sound system it's actually ok .

Good god - last time I heard him he could have bored Italy into a massive hole in the ground, his Fabric mix had one decent track on it and I was left wondering what the point of being there really was. I hope for everyones' sake he's improved.
 
Anyone know if mambo are still doing the pacha pre parties up until closing parties are over, want to go before F*** I'm famous closing?
 
I would do cocoon afters without question...its a totally unique party not to be missed...
Last year due to Space closing we didn't do amnesia and just hit the afters and then Mosaic and it was a great combo!

edit - just seen mosaic line-up is not a stand out - deffo sacrifice this if its a choice between mosaic and cocoon afters!

We've got tickets for 17th too . . . and I'm 47, wife is 43. I never feel out of place in clubs since I made the decision never to grow old. She's an Instagram addict with her fashion blog & boutique.
Does the "Ibiza is ageless" mantra not apply at Defected?
 
The music really bad when I was there at opening. I couldn't find the exit fast enough. Had better time outside chatting and walking home with a few beers..I was never a fan of the ibiza clubs though myself. An hour or two and id be out of there...

This is why its all down to personal preference, I was at the opening and felt the music was ok
