Closing parties

We are looking to book a holiday to Ibiza but what do people recommend -
go in August or for the closing parties??

Closings all the way :D

Imo August is too busy, it's a mare to get a taxi, the clubs are stupidly rammed and it's too hot.

I prefer September cos it's a bit cooler, the line-ups for Closings are always fab and you tend to get better crowd there.
 
Mid September is a good time because most of the closing parties take place then.

August is good, but can be too busy and too hot :oops:

I'd say go for September.

I went for the closing parties in 2002 and they were great. Sadly, due to work, the latest I can do now is the last week in august/first week in september. It's still fantastic, but as has been said above, is just that bit busier and hotter although by this point not too mad.
 
I really enjoyed the closing parties but the weather isn't always great. I'll probably go back in August this year even though the clubs can get too busy sometimes.
 
To be honest, you'll get great line-ups whenever you go.

At the end of August/start of september, you're pretty much guarenteed good weather, but it's started to cool down a bit and get less busy.
 
Do you want to have just a nice vacation on Ibiza in August or a blast during the Closing parties week(s)? Great DJ's, great people, great everything!!
