Clockwork Orange.

The original parties were a little before my time so never experienced Clockwork Orange in full swing. Really fancy Friday night but what is the set up in terms of the water party? Does that cover everywhere in the club having never been to one. And could that have an effect on the crowd e.g. will it end up full of drunken West Enders?
 
They were a bit before my time too, but I doubt it will be full of idiot drunken west Enders. Went to the CO party in London in March & the vibe was awesome! Proper happy up for it clubbers of a slightly older generation. Most are late 30's early 40's and most are parents. Very friendly, very welcoming unpretentious crowd. Music was a bit too 90's house for me sometimes (too slow), however there were also many uplifting house tunes and big smiley happy faces. Most of the music in Ibiza now is too slow for me anyway, so I would go for the atmosphere & the all encompassing friendliness. In terms of the water party, I have never been, but from what others say, I believe it's only in one room & really close to the end of the evening.
 
yeah don't worry about the water - it won't come before 5am and it's only the low level bit of the main room that gets flooded - plenty of places around to stay dry!

even if it was before my time too, definitely not missing this!
 
Used to go every year, don't think I have been back to Es Paradis since. This will be a cracking night, with people who want to party and not for those that want to stand , shuffle and take photos.

Wish I was going!

I agree. Clockwork at Es Paradis was the first ever night I did in Ibiza and I still look back with fondness. Going by their birthday bash earlier in the year there's going to be a load of vets and you can guarantee it's gonna be fun. Unfortunately I'm going to be about 6 weeks to late, but maybe next year if this year's a success and I'm sure it will be...
 
Gutted we miss it. I do wish there was a bit more of this kinda night in Ibz.....getting bored of this deep stuff. Nice to listen to but I never find it uplifting sunny happy music.
 
I am absolutely gutted this is happening way before I go in September.

There is also a boat party with many of the same Djs playing at this Clockwork Orange party.

It's called el barco de fiesta. It's on 10 august, 31st August, 28th September.

Cheapest tickets are £150 with wind and beer free bar.

Missing this last one by 1 day...:(

I went back in 1998, fantastic night. I think I remember the tune 'Nervous Breakdown' going down well. Probably sounds a bit dated these days however seemed good at the time.

Not sure if will head to it on Friday night next week. I go out on the 24th for 5 nights. Seb Fontaine playing too - always a cracking night with him playing. There are a couple of other options in the other big clubs..what do you think?

Without a shadow of doubt go to this night. It will be your only chance to live it all again with like minded people...
 
What like is the sound system in Es Paradis these days? Last year we went to Cream and the system was good as you'd expect in Amnesia. Not so good in Eden the following night despite being touted as the best but still ok.
 
Cheers. Really swithering for Friday now. Insane at Pacha is on the same night as is the new Full On night at Space. Still I could think of worst choices to have to make!

Listening to it & I really do think we need more of it in Ibiza. ;)
 
i went in 1998
No water! - some issue dunno if it was technical or management based
Brandon Block closed the night and was screaming at someone up high to get the water on

was a brilliant party - really good atmosphere
