Clockwork Orange at Es Paradis

One thing to have a bangin' weekender. Quite another to have a successful party week-in, week-out.

Maybe they could test the water by adding a 2nd weekender during the season?

But weekly? Not convinced it'd work. Overkill.

Correct. Most of the punters are old-schoolers who've flown in specifically for the event. Weekly would die on it's arse. No criticism intended - the reason it's so popular is because it's rare, the punters are on a rare break from kids and jobs, reliving their misspent youth. You can't do that weekly.

Wish they'd do it in Sept clockwork was my first party in Ibiza back in 98 one of my best nights on the island also I can remember one of alex p birthday party's in the old space terrace was up there with one of the funniest and best nightsI've had too

Late 90s I remember during the day of the party the buzz for Clockwork that would be going around San An . You could bet people you’d seen at the beach that day, or people you’d met earlier in your holiday would likely be going. It gave a really good vibe to San An in the day(s) leading up to it each week. Same with Manumission. Maybe it’s just cos im older, but I think with the complete saturation of parties now you just don’t get the same feeling around the place. People are dotted all across the island at various nights/events – which is great, variety is fantastic. But I don’t think its as conducive to building a buzz around the place as back in the day

... With the exception of one twat there wasn't a mobile phone in sight and, to be fair, that twat was me :-/ (I couldn't resist a grabbing a quick vid when Make The World Go Round was dropped and everyone went crazy!). I apologise for being that person! ...

Far too many Trevor's getting bevvied and doing patsy's these days. You never got that back in the day. Things do change, but it ain't as good as it used to be unfortunately, that's the shameful truth.

I went to both the Es Paradis event and the Nassau Tanit beach (Sands) event on the Sunday. I met lots of friends old and new and had a fantastic time at both events.
For me the Sunday event was OUTSTANDING! , unfortunately I didn't start coming to Ibiza until the mid 2000's but when you had time served veterans and DJ's saying it was like being back on SPACE terrace in 96 then you know it has to have hit the right note. I truly believe if you were there then you really REALLY experienced something very special , it was like Ibiza gave us a glimpse of her heart ....and it was ORANGE.

Fantastic crowd, DJ's and organisers, everyone on the same level.

just to allude what TIMMIT said , Clockwork Orange was absolutely the best night out ive had in years, the club was heaving, we too arrived at around 00.45am and already it was pretty full and atmosphere was already kicking, Brandon Block and Alex P who were once the kings of Ibiza in the 90's absolutely smashed it big time they are stiill brilliant after all these years, the crowd was super charged and on wheels, the heat and humidity was intense but we danced until near exhaustion, these nu skool snobs who turn up their snotty noses at anything that isn't "deep or tech" or supposedly "cool" will never really understand what amazing atmosphere, friendly people and vintage house music is, im already planning on going to the next Clockwork in July 2016, this has to rank as one of if not the party of the summer in Ibiza...take a bow Danny Gould, genuine nice guy and he knows how to put on partys.

videos to follow when i get my head around being back home!!!
