Circo Loco Updates

as well as people always making there way through the crowed pushing and shoving you and if at the moment you get to dance you will for sure have someone bumping into your back consistently
What this means is you cannot focus on the music or get lost in the moment

Did you ever try to go see Carl Cox at Revolution (Space) in latter years ? That pretty much describes it to a 't' ! It's the only night I got so wound up by it that I "accidentally" stamped down as hard as I possibly could on a couple of peoples' feet. I bet they were regretting wearing open shoes that night

Next week....

Ridiculously strong line up in the Garden in my opinion... Going to be a marathon session for me Monday I think !

We've all given Tania a bit of stick over the years. How is she playing these days? She seems to have more prime-time slots this year than last few?

whoa - go Morgan Hammer (!) I know her. she's a French DJ based in Barcelona who plays pretty dark, synthy, 80s flavoured stuff. Red Axes and Axel Boman on there too. That will be a good night

I saw her in the garden last year I think and she played pretty well. Was before Doc Martin and seemed to work well. Pretty chunk, housey type stuff from memory. Not seen her on the terrace for a long time

Such a good night last night. Genuinely enjoyed most of the sets. Was perfectly busy but not rammed. Saw Kerri Chandler & Shonky on the terrace dance floor grooving around. Also thought I saw Naomi Campbell whichever Jackmaster seemed to confirm on Twitter!

Never normally spend much room in the main room but enjoyed Ben UFO and Axel Boman. Better Lost Than Stupid rounded it off nicely for me

Really enjoyed last night. After saying I never could arrive at Circo late, actually never arrived until gone 10PM. Kerri C playing in the garden. Typically good consistent set from him (nothing ground breaking)... also a good first set of the night. Not sure if it was my new ear plugs, but the sound seemed quieter than previously (maybe as it was later in night they don't blast it).

Walked into the Terrace and Tania V was playing. Really did nothing for me to be honest. I could have cried. I felt like I was back in 2009..... and didn't want to be.

Walked into Main Room and as said above.... best vibe I've known in there. Not many spectators at all. Axel Boman was brilliant and Ellen Allien worked the room perfectly. Sometimes I find her interaction a bit too much, but I needed it. Really solid set. Caught first part of Ben UFO..... bit of a guilty pleasure....

A lot of people have said that Circo has suffered this season, so I had no bench mark, but I thought it was perfectly busy, the crowd was pure September.... not many hangers on at all. Overall brilliant vibe.

A mix of Disco, Techno, House & a few leftfield tracks that only he could pull off!

Highlights were Tori Amos & also Carl Craig remix of Theo Parrish. Cracking
