Most people head there around 5pm. I like to get there around 4:30 to avoid the queues. But with the exception of the opening, it hasn't been rammed this summer. Then again...it's peak season now.
It opens at 6am and the terrace opens about 9am but people go much later these days and it's less of a Space carry on. I normally go mid-afternoon now.
