Chill Bars before clubbing Hard

Has anyone got an recomendations about bars before clubbing?
 
Cafe Mambo - great chance to see top DJs and get good drinks promos.
 
My mate has told me about Cafe Mambo supposed to be top aint it. Im going out first week of september for a week with my girl. Cant wait going to hit all the clubs and hopefully do some major partying..

Hopefully will be at the following nights:-

Monday Release yourself Roger sanchez
Wed Pacha for sublimall
Friday for Pachas 30th anniversery

May squezze some more in also if im alive?
