.oh and also the beach??...anyone know if it close and/or nice?? i heard the beach was a bit crappy!

most of the beaches in san an are manmade but still serve a purpose i suppose.

the crappy beach you heard of is is probably mambo/cafe del mar, which is not a beach at all - its basically a really rocky area of land that gets covered in sand at the start of the season and is slowly eroded thru the season. its not comfortable at the best of times but i suppose most people don't go down there for the beachly(?) comforts :? :?

also if it rains, the whole beach gets washed away:lol:

As ive never been to the island before at the mo im desp to hit all the superclubs i can manage (love my trance an house me), but is this advisable and how accessable are they all from central city apts. The one i wanna do most is the cream night at amnesia with pvd and marco v.

ibiza is a relatively small island. you can catch a bus for £1 to within walking distance of all the major clubs. the bus stops right outside amnesia. a taxi is quite cheap as well......a few quid each if share with a couple of others.

in short, they are all easily accessible, as long as you're prepared to try something outside the immediate environs of your apartment.;)

if you are staying on the ground floor of central city make sure that your belongings are secure and make sure patio doors are closed whilst you are out or asleep. I have heard a number of reports of thefts from these apartments. If you can try and get a room on another floor other than the ground one.
hope this helps
