Carl Cox & late night sessions / defected pacha

Got a tricky decision to make for our first night in ibiza this year... we're going in early sept and have the choice of defected @ pacha with sandy rivera, gregory & live percussion or carl cox @ space - the main draw for me on this one tho is that LTJ Bukem and MC Conrad are also there at space, and I've wanted to see those guys for years and space would be a quality venue for it!!

some verdicts on cox's night would be useful... never seen him before, will he be on the terrace?

Also if anyone has any idea what time Bukem would be likely to be on that would be wicked, spose we could do both!!

carl cox without a doubt. think bukem is dnb.

Coxs' night is awesome. Possible one of the best on the island. Cox will play first on the terrace i assume and then play in the inside.

The only thing about that night I'm concerned about is the appearance of LTJ Bukem..I'm not a drum and bass fan at all.. but you said you are.. so Carl Cox, no question!!
 
Don't know how many dnb fans will be out there, so maybe the atmos won't be the best @ space? I'm only into the kind of liquid dnb that bukem plays... but don't want to miss defected at pacha if no one is feeling the dnb @ space!
 
roni size played at the carl cox opening and i believe he plays dnb and by all accounts it went down a storm on the terrace.
 
I missed roni size at space (however he was sat on the table next to us at the restaurant we went to before Lawler's Viva night)

and was gutted. i think because the opening of the new terrace was delayed they didnt advertise him being there on the flyers.

so im off to ibiza for that bukem date in sept, and cant wait. basically bukem and conrad got me hooked to d n b and ive never seen them live....so bring it on! ;)

Hi Ricardo,

Sorry there seems to be a bit of a mix up. LTJ Bukem was only booked for one date, and that's already happened.

:(

If it's any consolation, it was great!

Mick are you sure, it was on the club calendar I swear it was!
