car hire

please can someone give me a rough estimate on car hire (medium size for 3adults2kids) for a week in may 2008
and also approx price for car hire on a 9seater vehicle for a day

i have emailed a few companies and they have all not been much help as their prices for next year are not out yet!! and they wont commit to an approx price or give me prices for may 2007 so i can add something on for next years price!

sorry - any ideas anyone??

if you just price one up for oct this year.that would give you a rough idea how much to pay...low season rates may/oct... for a day its not worth it..hire it airport to airport.forget your transfer..or just wait till you get to the resort your staying at.look around ask for best price.normally 3 days is good.you will have no problem getting a car in may 2008

Whatever you do, dont use Ultramar Cars (TUI Cars) Part of Thompsons, they are absolute jokers. I've just got back and they have robbed £100 off me saying the car came back damaged. Despite me having a signed bit of paper to say it was already damaged in the same place.

After an hours worth of international phone calls, several faxes, I have now given up and decided to cut my losses.
