Captain of Glass Bottom Boat Facing 4 year jail term

Reported in edition 434 of the Ibiza Sun, the captain of "The Capitan Nemo" faces a 4 years jail term in relation to a manslaughter charge for a incident in July 2006 when a 21 year old Irish lad and his friend jumped off the ship and the captain apparently decided not to stop the boat. The lads body was recovered the following morning in Port des Torrent. His friend had been picked up by a passing boat.

What a terrible turn of events.
