Can you eat pistachio nuts if they're green inside?

I think nuts are quite high in (non-saturated) fat, quite good for you, but not so great for shedding the pounds..

*waits for people more nutitionally educated to interject*

Correct Mr Sun - its good fat in that its not bad for the heart and arteries, however, its not good for dieting unless you eat about 12 only a day....
