Camera photo on discotheques

Some people told me that the camera on discotheques are not allowed. Can anyone give a little bit more information please?

Some clubs dont allow camera's in the clubs for various reasons, such as taking pictures of DJ's and selling them to DJ magazines etc and also many of the clubs have there own photographers in the clubs and want you to buy them at the end of the night.

We took our camera to Eden, Pacha & Heavan no probs and smuggled it into Space as they are quite strict, normally take it off you at the door and make you check it in.
