Camera Club Policy?

I was wondering if its possible to get a camera into any of the clubs? I have a really tiny camera which fits in an Altoids box, but I don't know if my purse will be searched or not? I have read Amnesia has a no camera policy, but what about the other big clubs?

Many people do get their cameras inside the clubs, as seen by all photos people have posted up here, but I wouldn't risk it, unless I was bringing in a cheap disposable one.

My small purse got searched before I went to ALL nights at ALL the clubs I went to.

Its not just getting my camera taken away I'm worried about, but I've heard of people actually getting kicked out if they are seen taking photos, don't want to risk that!
 
most of the clubs I was at last week did search for cameras...

i have an Sony Ericsson k750 with 2Megapixel camera and had no problems geting it in...
 
yeah it seems retarded now becuase there are camera phones even video phones now which shoot above 3.0 megapixal.. so if they let you in with your phone they know you are gonna snap pics with it.. even video!
so why not just let people take in the cameras.. im sure within the the next 2 years everyone well all the EU tourists will have phones!
I guess the only ones who wont be taking pics are the travelers from outside the Eu who dont have phones.. im thinking this policy of no cameras will either change to cameras are ok! or NO PHONES! NO CAMERAS!
 
Was anyone patted down before going into a club? I don't remember being frisked when I went last time, but things could be different now.

Never in all my times in Ibiza have I been given a 'proper' search, not even checked my pockets, altho I do look like an 'angel' :lol:

My b/friend has had hit pockets felt a couple of times but that's the most, definitely not proper searches at doors and definitely not been kicked out for having a camera or anything else we shouldn't have.
 
^^ guess you've been lucky! my purse was searched every time.

I do want to take some photos inside clubs, but don't want to be that unlucky person who gets kicked out with ( or without!) my camera!
 
Cams

Privillage has a no camera policy and we lost ours with all of our pics on because we had to leave it outside boo hoo!
