mambo recruit staff about now and then open in late may. in the weeks leading up to the opening, all staff (bar, waiting staff, potwasher) work preparing the bar for the season............cleaning, DIY, building the beach, etc, etc.
if you're arriving june 29th, the likelihood is that there will be no jobs available but gradually throughout the summer people will leave and new posts will become vacant..............usually by mid-august at least half the original staff will have left................so if you wait a bit and bat your eyelids at javier, then you'll get your chance at mambo. Although the likelihood is that you will have found something better before then.
