Cadenza Ibiza: Hobo Techno!!

Are these a weekly thing now? I go 1st Sept for 2 weeks wouldnt mind getting my luciano fix in on the beach while im there

Whats the feedback on the Cadenza nights? I'm guessing not SHM rammed but that sounds like a good thing to me.

It looks rammed in pics and vids I've seen - looks like an up for it crowd though, seen a few vids where it looked like it was going off

Theoretically, I believe so, but with the Vagabundos theme they tend to keep being moved on. Who knows where they will be come 18th Sept when I'm there. We're planning on heading to the Sunday nights at Pacha despite €48 ticket prices.

If your into Luciano then yer I wouldnt go for the fact its at pacha, never gonna step foot in there again. Too packed, too expensive, full of up their own ass people, **** vibe. Id rather see Luciano on the beach

Cadenza @ Pacha - 29/8

Planning on heading to Pacha on 29/8 to see Luciano but on Cadenza Records site it doesnt have him playing www.cadenzarecords.com/calendar.php :(

However, on Ibiza Sportlight it suggests he is, anyone know which is correct ???

ps already found out that Carl Cox isnt playing on the following Tuesday (only time he's not playing his own night during the summer) so hope its the latter

Luciano is doing a live set

* Lucien-N-Luciano Live

Playing his own records, live/ableton, rather than other peoples tracks on CD/Vinyl.
The program Ableton Live lets you take tracks, loops, pieces and parts and then mix and rearrange them on the fly. So you can have a "live" DJ set in that you're not just playing finished recordings.

I've just started teaching myself Ableton and it's some amazing stuff.

If you like Luciano give both a miss and see him in WHP 27th December.. Pacha is ridiculous and la plage beach party ermmm I wish I'd been warned beforehand to take a credit card

in what way do you mean pacha is ridiculous? went to subliminal last year and i thought it was ok. thinking of going to vagabundo's on the 19th but don't want to have a bad experience.....

Not playing on the 31st August is that? Nooo :(

Still a decent line up; Tenaglia, Yousef and Dubfire, but we were really looking forward to seeing Carl Cox. Always one of the best nights on the island.

Maybe theyre not being clear on the websites again but looks like he's not on (not if you check out his own site)

Yeah, you need to elaborate hauskitten.

We all know how silly Pacha is pricewise. Its a given.

We also know from Ushaiha reports that Luciano Beach party is going to be mad expensive.

I dont think I'd approach either event without having a degree of pre-lubrication.

As i'm not a fan of the WHP, I think you need more justification in sacking off sunny and metropolitan Ibizan events for dirty, cold, wet manchester.

O/T has anyone seen the Vagabundo's boat trip? €75 a ticket anyone?

I've got back from Ibiza today and I've got too say that Cadenza at Pacha was certainly one of the best nights while I was out there.
Michel Cleis played well early on, Reboot was awesome and so was Luciano.
It wasn't mega rammed like FMIF or the Swedes but it was busy enough and still enjoyable.
