Busy late September? Advice please!

Hey folks,

So me and my mates have been trying to get a week away sorted this year but it's proving quite difficult to settle on a date. Looks like we might be going Wednesday 18th September for a week which has some great nights on but just wondering how busy it'll be. Looks like there's still loads of stuff on, maybe more than last year, so just wanting to see what people think. We were there last year around late August.

Depends where your looking to go, places like the west end will be fairly quiet, the clubs however will be full as some on the closing parties start that week. Its my favorite time to visit the island, your love it!
 
i went a few years ago at that time still loads going on san an was still busy as was ibiza town ticket prices are often a bit cheaper then and there is just a little more space but still a great vibe i prefer it to high season

Well we'll be looking to go to Space and DC10 etc so as long as they are still busy and cool people about then it'll be fine. Some great nights on that time as well, Diynamic closing party to name one.
 
I've been in September a few times and as others have mentioned its not a bad time to go. The clubs are still busy but the bars in San an will be a bit quieter. Only other thing worth mentioning is the weather can be quite dull and overcast in September. Not every day but more than in June / July / August. So if you like the sun be prepared to be disappointed.
 
I'm heading out on 17th September for 10 days, always done the summer months previously, really buzzing for it as most people on here think it's the best time to go.
 
Going the 17th september also. Been quite a few times in september and the weather has always been spot on although only been as late as the third week. I have had much worse experiences with rain in june and even july. Bars up the west end will be quieter but not dead and are still fine for some pre drinking and meeting folk and stuff. Clubs can still be jam packed...dc10 for starters.
 
I'm heading over on the 8th sept usually go June /July so looking forward to going this time of year myself , also going to dc-10 for the first time so excited about that
 
I'm planning on going 24th sept to 1st October. Closing Parties are suppose to be pretty spectacular. I know Cream Closing is on the 19th and I'm sure there will be others around then too! Enjoy!
 
Clubs busier, nights better, weather similar, days shorter, nights longer, more fun.

In my experience, been in June twice and September twice.
 
Out of interest, how is the island in October...

Fly out October 5th for Space, DC10, and Sankeys closings and just trying to gauge what it will be like?
Staying at Jet in PDB, which I assume wont be anything like it is in peak season?
Are a lot of the bars in PDB still open then on the build up to these closings?

I'm out there end of september for neon nights closing, paradise closing and ENTER closing. Can't wait!!!

Was in ibiza first week of june and hope its a similar crowd. Slightly older and less crowded than peak season but still plenty busy at parties!

we are off on the 28th sept, take in WL closing, have been at various points during the summer and closing is best, bit cooler, less busy and a few more older heads. We went out same time last year and it was hitting 30 degress which is plenty for me with one afternoon of rain in 10 days.
