Busy in Ibiza?!??

Hey! I'm making my yearly trek to Ibiza for the Closing Parties, Sept. 1-16th-
I'm from Vancouver, Canada, on the west coast. Been going there since 1999. Generally, is it busier in July/ August? Or in Sept. during closing parties? Are the number of clubbers increasing or declining over the last few years? do you think the sudden closure of Amnesia, DC10, Bora at the beginning of this year's season has affected the overall attendance and the future of tourism in Ibiza? Is there a change in the clubbing vibe overall?

Jesus theres a pre summer bonanza of questions there. As some else stated in an earlier thread, a veritabel smorgasboard...!

Yes busier in July/Aug

I don know for certain but given the rep of the closing parties, it is particulalry busy this week. BUT I suppose the only people there are the ones to go to the major clubs, so maybe its not so busy due to less non clubbers.

Cant comment on the other two, when I was there in June the vibe was just fine, nay amazing.:)
 
I have been to Ibiza in June, July, August and September. I do enjoy June, but favourite time is last week in September. The clubs are busy, but full of people there for the music and not because they heard they had to do a club when in Ibiza ( I have seen some horrible sites)

You can get Taxis without much hassle, everything is a bit more relaxed because the workes know it's nearly the end of the season and the clubs are a little bit cooler (still too hot for a Scotsman!)

July and August are just too much for me these days and there are groups of lads abroad that I dont realy want to see since I am now married and supposed to be more sensible.8O
