Buses - better than ever!

Major bus stops - particulary those in Ibiza town - now have excellent maps of the routes to go with the timetables - much better than the line-graphs they had before.

Many lines now have more buses throughout the day, such as the routes to Cala Vadella and Ses Salines. Salines is now half-hourly and the last one returns at 8.30pm - more drinking time!!

Good to see peeps using them, seems to be the more buses they put on, the quicker they fill up.

Now, about having a new bus station....

Oh, Formentera's timetables are as indecipherable as ever. Couldn't find a paper timetable, but at least the times are on most of the stops. Managed to photograph one of the timetables on the stops for future reference...

yup, they're really getting their act together

this sign appeared on our village bus stop a mere 3 weeks AFTER the bus stop was changed to another place. that's pretty good going. now, confusingly, of the 5 services which all stopped at the old bus stop 2 still do and 3 stop at the new bus stop! even more confusingly both the ibiza bus and consell websites both announced that all 5 services would stop at the new bus stop...
