burn a mix CD

Hiya,

Just burnt a mix onto cd using nero but it's one long track.

How do i insert "skip to next track" markers so i can flick through when listening??

How do i know where i'm placing the index though??

I can see the wav form but hear no sound. What i want to be able to do is listen to the mix and insert just before the next record comes in.

Inserting indexes at say 5 minute intervals is ok but i'd be well chuffed if i could do the above...

Well i say chuffed. I think it's a bit crap if you can't

its easy mate, when u drag the big long file into the box to be burned, right click, properties, click the wave tab and let it load up the wave, here u can play the track and click split to put in the trackmark. make sure u change the 'gap between tracks' in the first tab to 0 or you'll get the infamous 2 sec gap right in the middle of your mix!!!
