bulgaria property info

Does anybody know of anyone who has took the plunge and actually bought property out in bulgaria.

I'm seriously considering it and wondered if anybody had any info.

The websites ive been on selling the properties look amazing but obviously they are going to as their not gonna tell you all the bad points if there are any at all.

If anyones got any info please give em a pm.

my friend runs a property business out there, buying properties, doing them up and selling them on, makes an absolute fortune, and the company has only been running for about a year.

good place to buy, I'll try and find if they have a website, unless you're more up for buying a more run down property
 
I'm seriously thinking of buying a house (or two?) out there.

Had a meeting the other day with a very reliable company who are developing out there.

Great thing about Bulgaria is you get summer & winter visitors to rent out to.

I'm eager to see if easyJet start doing flight there though.

Could be a nice little earner.
 
I know a few people that have holiday'd there and said it was superb!

No reports of any mafia related observations.

Got some friends that's been there several times too... with some rather nasty mafia related observations 8O

It's dirty cheap over there tho, isn't it?

My mate only spent like £150 in a week - let's just say he was suprised when I told him what I spent in 2 wks in Ibiza 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O :?
