Buildings Demolished in Ibiza Town

Used to wait for the number 3 bus outside this building on Av. d'Isidor Macabich. Found out last week the entire building was gone! The building on the opposite side was also demolished. Used to rest my feet here on the steps. Now there are two bus stands here (buses to San An and buses to Santa Eularia). Any idea why both buildings were demolished?

- first one has been abandoned for decades... used to be the government delegation (av/i.macabich) and the post office (c/madrid), now is a much needed parking area.
- second one used to be sa graduada school, now it will be the new ibiza courts.
 
Thanks. With the steps gone, a lot more people were anxious to get a seat on the bus and were pushing harder to get on. I just sat on the floor at the back of the bus (next to a beautiful pair of legs on either side). Best bus ride in ages. :):p
